Secure, TRustless, Autonomous Technologies for Ubiquitous Systems Laboratory
STRATUS Lab is a research group at the Department of Engineering of the University of Messina, led by Prof. Francesco Longo.
Our research brings together cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and distributed computing to advance secure, verifiable, and autonomous cyber-physical systems. Spanning embedded devices, robotics, autonomous vehicles, and cloud infrastructures, our work is guided by four pillars: Secure, Trustless, Autonomous, and Ubiquitous.
We pursue these challenges through national and international research projects and collaborations with academic and industrial partners.
The lab also supports two student teams: Zancle E-Drive, which develops electric Formula Student vehicles and competes in RoboRacer, and MetaGriPwn HackLab, which supports CyberChallenge.IT training and participates in cybersecurity competitions.
